Walking Water Materials: 6 small transparent jars or cups, paper towels, liquid watercolor / food coloring, water. 1. Take 3 jars and fill them about three quarters full 2. Add a few drops of liquid watercolor (or food coloring). You will need to add red, blue and yellow coloring to the jars 3.You will now have 3 jars full of colored water and 3 empty jars. Watch the colored water walk along the paper towels to create a rainbow Hint: If you leave the walking rainbow overnight you will find that in the morning all the jars are filled with colored water.
